Our commitment

ROCKET PUDDLE LLC wants our website and shop experience to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.

Our target

We aim to follow WCAG 2.2 Level AA principles for the public website as a practical accessibility target. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we review the site when content, design, or functionality changes.

Website measures

Steps we take include:

  • Semantic HTML, clear page structure, and descriptive headings.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, buttons, forms, and gallery controls.
  • Visible focus styles and accessible labels for controls and form fields.
  • Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images.
  • Animation behavior that respects reduced-motion preferences.
  • Responsive layouts intended to work on mobile, desktop, and zoomed views.

If you need help with paperwork, appointment communication, drop-off coordination, pickup coordination, or another reasonable accommodation, contact us before your visit and we will do our best to help.
