These Terms of Service apply when you visit rocketpuddle.com, request an appointment, approve an estimate, pay an invoice, or receive services from ROCKET PUDDLE LLC.
By using the site or authorizing service, you agree to these terms. If you book or approve work for another person, business, fleet, or vehicle owner, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
We provide auto repair and maintenance services, including diagnostics, oil and fluid service, brakes, tires and alignment, drivetrain work, A/C and electrical service, inspections, and related shop work.
Website descriptions and starting prices are general information. The actual work needed for a vehicle can only be confirmed after inspection, diagnosis, parts availability, and your approval.
Appointment requests are not confirmed until we contact you or otherwise confirm the time. We may reschedule based on shop capacity, parts availability, weather, staffing, vehicle condition, or safety concerns.
Please remove valuables before drop-off and provide accurate contact and vehicle information so we can reach you about estimates and approvals.
We will not perform repair work beyond basic intake, inspection, or diagnosis without your authorization. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change if we discover additional issues, hidden damage, unavailable parts, or changed supplier pricing.
If additional work is needed, we will contact you with an updated estimate and wait for approval before continuing, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect people, property, or the vehicle.
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due when work is complete and before the vehicle is released, unless we have agreed to different written terms.
You are responsible for approved labor, parts, materials, shop supplies, taxes, fees, towing, storage, special-order items, and other charges disclosed in an estimate or invoice. Returned payments, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may result in collection activity where allowed by law.
We may use new, remanufactured, aftermarket, or original equipment parts depending on the repair, availability, estimate, and your approval.
If a repair includes warranty coverage from us, a part manufacturer, or another supplier, the details will be shown on the invoice or related paperwork. Coverage may vary by part, repair type, vehicle condition, customer-supplied parts, misuse, neglect, modifications, unrelated failures, and applicable law.
Cancellations, deposits, special-order parts, refunds, returns, and service concerns are handled under our Refund, Cancellation & Fulfillment Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
After we notify you that a vehicle is ready or that work cannot proceed, please arrange pickup promptly. Storage fees may apply after 3 business days unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different process.
Vehicles left unpaid, unclaimed, or abandoned may be handled according to applicable lien, storage, or abandoned-property laws.
You may use the website for lawful purposes related to learning about our services, contacting us, and requesting service. You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit false or harmful information, scrape content at scale, or use the site to violate any law or third-party right.
The website, branding, design, copy, graphics, photos, and other content are owned by ROCKET PUDDLE LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our branding or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information. By using the site or requesting service, you acknowledge that we will handle information as described there.
The website is provided for general information and service-request convenience. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for a claim related to a specific repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
If there is a concern, contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum.
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the updated terms.
